Longue Vue Real Estate

Just a wind’s whisper east of Alys Beach and a crab’s crawl west of Inlet Beach is the Longue Vue community located in Seacrest Beach. An almost secretive real estate community, Longue Vue Real Estate is considered one of the quietest areas on 30A to call home. Of course, given Seaside’s ready proximity to Rosemary Beach (a mere 100 yards), commercial luxuries are certainly by no means difficult to find.

The most charming –and exclusive– real estate in Seaside is on Longue Vue. With only 12 residences in the gated cove, privacy is guaranteed. Properties feature custom beach houses all of which have immediate, private beach access. Towering dwellings with wraparound balconies provide sweeping views of tropical palm trees, lush, green Florida foliage, smooth white sand beaches, and sparkling emerald ocean-scapes.

Property amenities –both interior and exterior—do not disappoint in this luxurious setting. Decks, porches, and private, heated pools are options available in some properties. Inside, properties are spacious, typically 3,000 feet or more with several bed and bathrooms –perfect for large families or for having overnight guests.

Updated kitchens are complete with lots of storage, updated features and appliances, and sustainable materials like granite or quartz counter-tops and real wood cabinetry. The community is also pet-friendly, which makes Seacrest Beach a great place for man and man’s best friend.

Though Seacrest Beach is relatively undeveloped commercially, there are a handful of restaurants for locals to stop in at and catch up on the day’s news. The Acme Ice House, La Cocina, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, and Seacrest Sundries are delightful respites where folks can grab a fresh bite, a cool treat, or a hot cup of coffee when the need arises. For everything else –shopping and such—a quick walk to Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach is all it takes.

Seacrest Beach is a true rarity among 30A communities; its lack of development and high elevation enable for some of the most beautiful beach views on the Florida Gulf Coast. On any given day, locals can see dolphins frolicking in the nearby ocean. Further, residents of Seacrest Beach have the luxury of one of the world’s most unique natural phenomenon –the coastal sand dune lakes; the only location of these dune lakes in the United States is along bright, sunny 30A.

Seacrest Beach is truly a special, uniquely preserved part of 30A, which is why “best kept secret” Longue Vue is truly such an exclusive, luxurious, private residential community.
